When performing your walk through, look for a small service – maybe 5 minute in time commitment – to do for the customer. This could be rinsing or washing some outdoor furniture, or rinsing off their AC unit. Avoid complicated add-ons, as making a mistake will not favor the customer to you even if it was done with the right intent.

Professional image plays a large part in developing your credibility with a customer. People subconsciously make decisions about whether or not to trust a company based on how they perceive your image.
